I want to add that while cuddling can be magical, it's not magic. That is, one cuddle session is a terrific thing, but the deepest effects can come from ongoing monthly cuddle sessions. Just as some schedule massages once a month. And just as working out with a trainer feels great for that day -- real progress comes over time with continued effort and attention. My hope is that all my clients can become my regular clients. Even if that means less time -- such as a cuddle session every other month. Or a Quartery Cuddle. Like everything in life, you get out of something what you put into it.
HERE ARE MY CUDDLING GUIDELINES.
Client and practitioner understand that we come together in a therapeutic cuddle session to address a need, or solve a problem. It's best both folks discuss this for clarity in a screening phone call. For example, one might cuddle to feel cared for, to feel more connected to others, to reduce stress. Or one might simply wish to enjoy safe, consensual touch -- and they find it hard to get those needs met. Both verify that they are at least 18 years of age and thereby able to give consent. Occasionally during screening the cuddler or client may realize that they are not a good fit. Thus a session will not be scheduled.
Clients experience cuddle sessions differently. For some it is relaxing, nurturing. For others it is sensual, invigorating. There is no intercourse. Client and practitioner both agree to practice consent and attention to personal boundaries. We will communicate to find what is mutually comfortable throughout the session, and agree to negotiate if any discomfort arises. Client confidentiality is respected.
Cuddle attire can be a shirt/tank top and shorts for both practitioner and client. Sweatpants, pajama bottoms, & long sleeve shirts are also fine. We both agree to be free from any mind altering substances during the sessions and thereby be fully present and able to give consent.
Client agrees to fully disclose any diagnoses or conditions that may affect their session to the practitioner. We will both attend freshly showered with no colognes. Generally soft music can be played. Some clients enjoy conversation while cuddling.

ARTICLE FROM NEW YORK TIMES ABOUT A PROFESSIONAL CUDDLIST
I wanted to share a chat I had recently with the awesome pro cuddler Janet Trevino. She and I are both passionate about the Cuddle Movement. Below is a video clip in which she asks me about my meetup group MEN CUDDLING MEN. And also about my life as a gay male therapeutic cuddler. Take a listen.
